1. Who we are

VisaLotus (visalotus.com) is a private visa assistance service. We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with the Government of Vietnam or the Vietnam Immigration Department. You can apply for an e-visa yourself at the official portal evisa.gov.vn and pay only the government fee.

2. Our service

For a service fee, we review your information and documents, correct common issues (such as photo format), submit your application on your behalf, follow up with the authorities and deliver the result to you. The decision to grant a visa is made solely by the Vietnamese authorities; we cannot guarantee approval or processing times set by them.

3. Prices

Prices shown include the government e-visa fee and our service fee, per applicant, in US dollars.

4. Refunds

• If your e-visa is not approved, we refund our service fee in full. The government fee is non-refundable once submitted.
• If you cancel before we submit your application, we refund the full amount minus payment processing fees.
• If we fail to deliver within the selected processing time due to our error, we refund the difference to standard processing.
• No refund is possible for errors in information you provided, or after the e-visa has been issued.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for checking the issued e-visa against your passport, and for meeting all other entry requirements.

6. Privacy

• We collect only the data needed to process your application: identity and passport details, photos, contact and travel details.
• Your data is shared only with the Vietnamese authorities for your application and with our payment providers (Stripe, PayPal) to process payment.
• Documents are stored encrypted at rest and deleted after your application is completed, typically within 90 days.
• We never sell your data. You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@visalotus.com.
